How can I proceed with the payment?

After the confirmation of your booking, we will send you all the available payment methods, for you to choose the most suitable and then we will proceed by sending you the invoice.

The cancellation policy is:

  • If you cancel 14 days prior to your trip, you will receive the full amount.
  • If you cancel 10 days prior to your trip, you will receive 50% of the amount.
  • If you cancel 5 days prior to your trip or if there is a non-show, we will not refund.

Some days before your trip, you will receive an informative leaflet, with all the necessary tips for your trip and also, you will find attached the emergency phone numbers, that you will be able to contact 24/7.

We highly recommend to all of our clients, to have travel insurance, in order to secure that there won`t be any issues.

Our company, ensures that all of the travelers are safe, by having a civil liability insurance, for injuries and damages that might occur along the trip.
